1. Login to Direct Admin Control Panel by using  https://yourdomain.com:2222/ or https://IP-address:2222/ or https://server-hostname:2222/.

2. In the Email Manager section, Click "Autoresponders".

3. Click Create New Autoresponder.

4. Enter the following details:

**Responder Address:** The username of your email address.
**Subject Prefix:** The subject of the autoresponder email.
**Content-Type:** Whether you want to set up a text-based message body or HTML.
**Reply Frequency:**The time in hours to wait before sending an auto-reply.
**Responder Message:** The message body.
