DMARC allows a domain owner to publish policies in DNS, telling remote mailers what to do with messages that do not align with these polices. DMARC is built on top of two existing technologies: SPF, or \u201cSender Policy Framework\u201d, and DKIM, or \u201cDomainKeys Identified Mail\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note that the DKIM and SPF email authentication helps prevent spam. It can be detected of incoming and outgoing messages automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enabling these features should reduce the number of failed delivery notifications you receive when spammers forge messages from your domain(s). These features also work to prevent spammers from forging messages that claim to be from your domain(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that we advice you to set the DMARC ,SPF and DKIM record for your domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kindly follow the below procedure to set the DMARC record from your end kindly follow the below procedure,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1] Login into Direct admin panel
\n2] Click on DNS management option
\n3]Click “Add record” option
\n3] Add a new TXT record with the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Name: _dmarc
\nTTL: 14400
\nType: TXT
\nTXT Data : Any on of the below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-> none \u2013 Take no action. Log affected messages on the daily report only.
\nv=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400
\n-> none with report \u2013 sends report of failed validations to a valid email of yours (example: admin@domain.com)
\nv=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; ruf=admin@domain.com; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400
\n-> reject \u2013 Cancel the messages
\nv=DMARC1; p=reject; sp=none; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400
\n-> quarantine \u2013 mark messages as spam
\nv=DMARC1; p=quarantine; sp=none; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kindly follow the below procedure to enable SPF record,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Login to the direct admin panel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to DNS management<\/li>
  2. Scroll down to the Add Domains Records section.<\/li>
  3. In the TXT line, enter your domain name or your sub-domain and your SPF record. [Do not forget to add a dot (.) at the end of your domain name]<\/li>
