Databases Creation In Dedicated Server cPanel

To create a Database in the domain which is hosted under the dedicated server, Please follow the below procedure:

1. Login to the cPanel of that domain .

2. Go to the path,

cPanel » Databases » MySQL@ Databases

3. Here you can able to create the database by giving the databse name in the option “Add Database” and click create. To create the user for the database you have to use “Add User” and create the user with password then map that user with the database.

4. Once you created the database you can able to access that via cPanel itself using the “phpMyAdmin” option under Databases.

5. In phpMyAdmin you can able to create the table, perform all functions related to table and also you can use queries for all the operations.

Not able to access the newly created database

Reason :

1. Check whether you have created the user and you have mapped that to the database properly.

2. Check the privilage of that user , whether the user have the insert, read , modify and write permission to make changes.

3. Check whether the proper user has been mapped to this database.

Getting the error used maximum allocated database for this domain

Error :

You are using your maximum allotment (X) of MariaDB/MySQL databases. If you want more, contact your service provider.

Solution :

The number of allocated email id which you can create under this domain has been finished. If you wnat to create more databases then you have to increase the count in the corresponding package.

Home » Packages » Edit a Package

Choose the package which is allocated for that package and click edit and increase the database count. Since you are having the dedicated server you can able to create unlimited databases also .
