1. Login to your Plesk Panel.

2. Click on Tools & Settings >> Schedule a Task

3. Click on Add a New Task

4. Task type – As per your requirement as one of of the below

* Fetch a URL- Enter the URL 
* Run a PHP Script – Select the PHP Script and PHP version

5. Set the time as per your requirement daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or any specific time

6. Select the ‘System user’ under whom you want to run the scheduled task.

7. Enter the Description about the particular Task for your reference

8. Enter an email address here to send notifications from the scheduler each time a task runs.

9. Click OK.
