A catch-all account is an email address that collects all the mail sent to your domain name not sent to the other email addresses known to the server. 

Please follow the below procedure to create a catch-all email address:

[1] Login to your cPanel

[2] Go to ‘Default Address’ under ‘Email’ section

[3] Select the radio button ‘Forward to Email Address’

[4] Enter the desired email address that you wish to set as catch-all email address

[5] Now click on the button ‘Change’ to save the changes
