How to create subdomain in linux dedicated server

Subdomain Creation In Dedicated Server

For Creating the Subdomain in Dedicated Server please follow the below procedure,

1.Log into the cPanel of the domain by using the url, servername/cpanel or domainname/cpanel

2.Select the icon Subdomains under Domains

3.Supply the name of the Subdomain you wish to create.

4.Click on the Add button. A folder with the same name as the sub domain has now been added under your public_html folder.

5.If you wish to set up any redirection for this sub domain, for example, support.demo.com should be redirected to example.info. Then Click on “Manage Redirection” to the right of the subdomain

6.Enter the redirection address in the available field. Make sure that you end the address with a trailing slash. [ Example ] http://yourdomain.com/

7.Click on the Save button.
