How to login to Dedicated Server WHM / Cpanel

Error :

cPanel showing Blank page.

Solution : 

Follow the below steps to access cPanel through your reseller account WHM:

1. Login in to your WHM by using user name as root and password.

2. Click the “List Accounts” in Account Information feature which is present in the left side of your WHM.

3. Change the theme of the cPanel to paper_latern again and save it.

4. Then try to open the cpanel from WHM via “List Accounts” .

Error :

WHM , URL giving connection time out error. Could not connect to the server.

Solution :

•   Check whether the internet is working properly
•   Check whether your local System firewall is blocking the port 2087
•  May be your IP might get blocked in the Server. Check and allow your local IP in the    firewall. Please get your local IP address by visiting the URL http://getmyip.co.in/
•  Clear Your Browser History and check , Check in another browser .

Error :

The login is invalid.

Solution : 

Please recheck your login details while you are loggin into WHM. If you are using the password with null space also you will get the login invalid error.
