Restarting the FTP Services In Dedicated Server

To Restart Your FTP Server via WHM, please follow the below procedure,

1. Login to the Dedicaed Server WHM as root user.

2. Go to the path,

Home » Restart Services

3. Here You can able to see the option “FTP Server (ProFTPd/PureFTPd)” , click that option

4. It will ask “Are you sure you wish to restart this service? ” , If FTP Service restart required then click yes and wait until it is get over.

5. Restarting any servic via WHM will not advisable. If it via SSH then it will be much more faster and safe.
