Windows dedicated server has plesk control panel which allows you to set your own default document for your application. Using this you can create your own home page and set the priority. It determine which file to serve when a site or directory is requested.

Procedure
Set Default Document Priority for domain in Plesk Onyx Windows Dedicated Server Hosting
[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443

The control panel url starts with https:// and not http.

[a] You must have port 8443 access enabled in your internet connection to access this control panel. Usually it is enabled, but if you are in a network and if your are not able to access this, please contact your network admin and enable this port.
[2] Supply the user name & password provided by Silicon House.

Give the correct user name and password .
[3] Click on subscriptions
[4] Click on subscription name
[5] Click on Virtual Directories
[6] Under Documents choose default document and set your file name priority based on your application
[7] Click on ok
