1) Login to the cpanel of the domain

2) Under Email section, click email disk usage

3) Then click manage option which is straight to the inbox

4)  In order to delete emails it must meet certain criteria.
i) 1-year-old or more
ii) 30 MB in size or more
iii) Previously viewed
iv) All messages
v) Custom query

5) Select anyone of the option , give ” delete permanently” to delete the messages.
