How do I Create an Email Filter in Horde webmail interface?

In Linux Reseller Hosting has the webmail with three interface as Round cube, Horde and Squirrel mail. Email filter helps in organizing the flow of incoming and outgoing email messages. Common uses for mail filters include organizing incoming email and removal of spam and computer viruses.

1. Login to the horde webmail interface
2. Click Mail Option at top of the window
3. Click New Rule to Add a new rule
4. Here you can able to create a rule for your mail
5. The option Rule Name, We can give the tittle for the rule, to identify the rule in your listing
6. You can choose the option ‘For an incoming message that matches’ for matching ‘ALL of the following’ or ‘ANY of the following’ that includes the specific fields
7. Select the ‘do this’ option used for the incoming mails to matches the specified conditions
   Deliver into my INBOX -> this delivers the messages in inbox
   Deliver to folder -> this delivers the messages to the specified folder.
   Delete message completely -> this message will delete the messages completely.
   Deliver into my INBOX and copy to -> this message will be sent to the email address that you specify, and a copy of the message will remain in your INBOX.
8. Select the option ‘Mark message as’ to mark the messages with the following actions. The possible values are Seen, Flagged For Followup, Answered, and Deleted.
9. Select the option ‘Stop checking if this rule matches?’.If this option is checked, and a message matches this rule, the remaining filters will not be processed.
10. Click the Save button to create this rule.
