How to manage the mail queue in whm?

Dedicated Server have the facility to manage the mail queue in the server. Using this platform you can able to manage the mail queue in the server.  

Procedure to manage the mail queue

1. Login to your WHM

2. Go to  Mail Queue Manager

3. Now you can able to view the list of mails in the queue

4. From this list you can able to deliver all the messages in the queue by using Deliver All link in the left side of the page

5. Similarly you can able to delete all the messages in the queue by using Delete All link in the left side of the page (Delete a message, or Deliver Now with these two links. If the original delivery problems still exist, you probably will still not be able to send the message)

6. You can also check out an individual message by click the view message link in the left of the individual mail.

7. Here you will see the detailed information about the message such as headers,body and its content

8. Click here to Return to the Mail Queue

9. When all else fails, click here to Delete all messages in the Queue

10. Confirm by clicking Delete All

11. The messages have been removed from the queue
