How to Rearrange a cPanel account in WHM?

Silicon House offers Unlimited cPanel in Linux Reseller Hosting Packages. cPanel is a graphical interface designed to host your website. It has been popular control panel used in Linux hosting.

cPanel has been provided with lot of features to design your website. This interface enables you to change which hard drive stores an account. This feature is useful if, for example, a hard drive begins to run out of space, or you add a new hard drive.

Please follow the below procedure :

To change an account’s hard drive, perform the following steps:

1. Select the desired account from the list and click Rearrange .

2. Select the drive on which you wish to store the account. 

Notes:

To move accounts between hard drives, each hard drive must match the value of /home that you set in the Basic cPanel & WHM Setup interface (Home >> Server Configuration >> Basic cPanel & WHM Setup). 

If the value does not match the hard drive, you cannot move the account. 

To disable this feature, leave the value blank. 

Click Move Account.
