How to Solve a “Connection timed out after 20 sec of inactivity” error to connect FTP?

Kindly refer the below options to over come this error “Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity” to connect FTP server.
Option 1:
1) Open filezilla
2) Click on “Site manager” under “File” tab.
3) A new window will appear, in that you have to mention correct details:
Host name: Your domain name or IP address
Port number: 21
Protocol: FTP
Encryption: “Only use plan FTP (insecure)”
Logon type: Normal
Then try to connect it will connect properly to the FTP server
If this “option 1” still does not connect properly to the FTP server, then we can try to modify the connection mode either active mode or passive mode.
Option 2 :
For this we need to navigate to Edit menu:
1) Click on the Edit menu and choose”Settings”.
2) Here choose “FTP” and select Transfer Mode “Active mode or Passive mode” and click “OK”. It will connect properly to the FTP server
