Error :

Incorrect binary permission Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel

Solution :

1. Login to the SSH as root
2. Please execute the following commands to fix this issue.

chown root:root /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/bin/soft

chmod 4555 /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/bin/soft

That’s it. Issue Resolved!!

How to use softaculous in cPanel.

1. Login to the cPanel
3. Go to “Software” option
4. Click on “Softaculous Apps Installer”
5. You can can able see all applications.
