How to add Signature in Squirrel Mail and Horde?

Email signatures, we can use website links. Regardless of what you wish to make your signature say, it is much easier if this content is automatically added to the end of every email instead of having to add it manually for each email.

Steps to set the Signature in Squirrel Mail and Horde.

Squirrel Mail

1. Go to the URL servername/webmail
2. Give your Email ID and Password
3. Click on Squirrel Mail
4. Click on Options at the Top
5. Click on Personal Information
5. Here you Can Enter a Signature into the box listed.
7. Click Save Options.

Horde

1. Go to the URL servername/webmail
2. Give your Email ID and Password
3. Click on Horde
4. Click on Options at the Top
5. On the top right where it says Edit Options for: and shows a drop down box, select Mail from the list and click on it
6. Click on Personal Information
7. Here you Can Enter a Signature into the box listed.
8. Click Save Options.
