How do I integrate webmail in Gmail ?

Please follow the below steps to configure Email Account (Webmail) with Gmail interface.

POP3 (Incoming mail):-
======================

1. Login to your Gmail account
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Accounts
4. Click Add a POP3 mail account you own
5. Enter your Email Address(Ex: test@example.com) and click next Step
6. Enter the username (Ex: test@example.com) and password (Ex: 9mZnW@0w&F)
7. Add the POP3 server as mail.domainname or mail.servername

Without SSL: This will be your domain name preceded by “mail.”, Port : 110

With SSL: This will be your servers hostname. Also make sure the port is changed to 995.

8. The verification code will be sent to the email ID (test@example.com) you are configuring
9. Enter the verification code and verify

SMTP (Outgoing mail) :-
======================

Kindly follow the bellow procedure,

1. Login to your Gmail account
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Accounts
4. Add another email address you own >> Fill the Name and Email address
5. Click on next step
4. Add the SMTP server as mail.yourdomain ,

Without SSL: This will be your domain name preceded by “mail.”
With SSL: This will be your servers hostname. Port Number : 465

5. Enable secured connection using TLS.
6. The verification code will be sent to the email ID you are configuring
7. Enter the verification code and verify
