This enables you to make wide-ranging changes quickly and consistently according to your pricing and package structure.In other words, we’re simply going to assign a different package to one of the accounts in the WHM control panel

Procedure

Reseller Hosting Upgrade (or) Downgrading the Package Procedure

If you want to Upgrading/Downgrading an Account in your Reseller account use the below procedure.
We will demonstrate how to upgrading/downgrading the packages for a cPanel account within your WHM.

Given below are the steps you’ll need to follow

[1] Login to your WHM control panel
[2] Click “Upgrade/Downgrade an Account” in the left menu under the “Account Functions” header
Note : Click the magnifying glass icon () to view the configuration of any package in the list.
[3] Choose the account in question by clicking either the main domain name or the username
[4] Click “Modify”
[5] Select the new package from the list
[6] Click “Upgrade/Downgrade”

Note: Changing plans does not modify CGI access and does not affect whether they have an IP or not.
