How to troubleshoot Email Disk Quota Exceeded error ?

Linux Reseller Web Hosting allows you to host multiple websites under your web hosting space. As you are reseller each cPanel allows you to manage your domains. Under the cPanel of the domain you can also manage emails IDs under the domain.

Also note that you can check higher usage mail ids under the domain in the cPanel of the domain. By using that you can easily check your mail ids usage and you will know usage of each mail ids and we can extend the storage limit in order to avoid Email Disk Quota Exceeded.

Kindly refer the below procedure to know high usage email ids under your domain,

Select MAIL section
Select Email Accounts where you can see all the mail ids under the domain
You can see below details of your mail ids under this section

*Account @ Domain
List of Mail ids which are created under the domain

Restrictions
This interface allows you to see restriction which is set for particular mail id

*Storage: Used / Allocated / %
This interface used to see how much Storage Space allocated and how much used

You can click “Used” which will shows the mails ids usage in ascending order , if you click again it will show your mail ids in descending order. In that way you can easily know your higher usage mail ids at your end.
