How to i set email Quota for an entire server in linux hosting?

Linux dedicated servers comes with full root access where the customization is possible as per the user’s requirement. Since the dedicated servers comes with full root access where you can create unlimited WHM accounts and unlimited cPanel accounts. Also user can allocate email Quota for each and every domains as per their client requirement. 

To set default email Quota for whole server

1.Login to your WHM

2.Click on Home »Server Configuration »Tweak Settings

3.Default user-defined quota value for new email accounts (Maximum: 4,294,967,296) [?] here we can set email quota as per user wish

To increase email quota for an email ID

1.Login to your cPanel account

2. Click on email accounts

3.Choose the mail id for which you want to increase
email quota

4.You can give the value in text box and save it
