Can’t able to use the option Manage Reseller’s Shared IP

Reason : 

If you dont have the reseller account in your dedicated server then it is not possible to use this option .

It is same for the option Manage Reseller’s IP Delegation . Without the reseller account in the server it is not possible to use these options.
