Getting DNS zone already existing error while hosting the domain

Error :

Account Creation Status Failed . A DNS entry for “domainname” already exists. You
must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to
proceed.

Reason :  

The Username is already exists in the server or DNS zone for the domain was existing in the server which you are trying to create in the WHM. Sometimes you have enabled the keep zone option while terminating it. Hence you are facing this issue.

Solution :

This need to be removed in the DNS configuration file. Contact the hosting service provider and ask them to remove the DNS entry and then you can proceed for that domain creation in WHM.
