Getting error “Domainname already exists”

If you are getting the error “Domainname already exists” while creating the subcription in plesk control panel it may be due to the below reason

Reason :

The Username is already exists in the server or DNS zone for the domain was existing in the server which you are trying to create in the Plesk.

Solution :

Contact the hosting service provider and ask them to remove the DNS entry and then you can proceed for that domain creation in Plesk Control Panel.
