I am Getting ” Sender verification Failed ” while sending mails

The sender verification is a great way to stop spam. When a message is received and sender verification is enabled, it will try to verify the return address is valid or not. So once if you send mail to a particular email address but if the mail bounces as undeliverable, then next time it won’t deliver any of the mails to that particular email id. This helps avoiding receiving mails from fake email id and prevent hackers from sending unwanted mails.

If you want to sent mail to the above mentioned email id we advise you whitelist the mail is in your cpanel by following the below procedure

1. Click on SpamAssassin option under mail,
2. Enable SpamAssassin
3. Enable Spam Box,
4. Click on Configure SpamAssassin
5. To block all the mails from a particular domain , give *@domainname.com [ex. *@gmail.com ] in Whitelist_from option.
6. Click on Save.
