Unable to open customer customer control panel getting error ” Your account was suspended “

Solution :

To resolve this issue you have to check and activate your customer account.

[1] Login to your plesk control panel [ https://servername.com:8443/]
[2] Click Customers
[3] Click your customer name
[4] Click change status to Activate
