Procedure

Procedure to enable spf and dkim for your domain in Plesk control Panel :

Windows Reseller Web Hosting comes with plesk control panel. You will be able to enable spf and dkim for your domain in Plesk control Panel to avoid spam issue. Please follow the below procedure to enable spf and dkim for your domain in Plesk control Panel .

[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.crmcell.com:8443 ]
[2] Click on subscriptions.
[3] Click on the subscription name
[4] Click on DNS Settings and Click Add Record
[5] Choose TXT as a Record Type
[6] Leave the Domain name field blank and enter the generated SPF record (i.e v=spf1 a mx ~all ) in the TXT record field.
[7] To apply the SPF record to the DNS zone press the Update button
[8] To Enable domain keys Click on Mail Settings
[9] Click on Domain name
[10] Enable the check box Use DomainKeys spam protection system to sign outgoing email messages
[11] Click Ok
