Modifying Web Server Settings In Dedicated Server

To Change Web Server Settings, Follow the below procedure,

1. Login to the Dedicated Server WHM as root user.

2. Go to the path,

Home » Service Configuration » Apache Configuration

3. Choose the “Global Configuration

4. There you can able to see many options which is related to web server connection and spare server settings .

5. You can change the setting according to your requirement.

6. After that click save , It will ask the confirmation to rebuild & restart the apache (web) server. You have to proceed for that in order to reflect all the changes in the web server.

Where can I get the web server log raotation settings ?

Solution :

To check the web server log rotation settings in the dedicated server

Home » Service Configuration » Apache Configuration » Log Rotation

Here you can able to see all the logs which is related to web server . If you dont want to rotate [ every 7 days the logs will be deleted and new log will be available ] , then uncheck the boxes for those logs. If you want to remove and have only 7 days log then you can check the check boxes and click save.  In this case you will not get the old logs.
