Suspend/Unsuspend Reseller Account In Dedicated Server

Suspend/Unsuspend Reseller Account in Dedicated Server using the below procedure,

1. Login to the WHM as root user.

2. Go to the path,

Home » Resellers » View Reseller Usage and Manage Account Status

3. Here You can able to see all all the reseller account master domain names. Please select the
reseller which you want to Suspend/Unsuspend and click submit.

4. There you can able to see the option to suspend ” Suspend All (username of reseller master
domain) Accounts”.

5. For unsuspend ” UnSuspend All (username of reseller master
domain) Accounts “.

6. When ever you are doing this you should be careful since termiante option of the reseller
account is there.
