Viewing your Suspended Domain’s List Procedure

Silicon House Reseller Hosting where WHM control panel allows you to viewing your suspended accounts. When you suspend an account, traffic to the websites on the cPanel account in question will be redirected to a generic account suspension page. When the account is then unsuspended, this redirect will be removed automatically.Both Suspension and Unsuspension can be viewing within the same place in WHM

Viewing the list of suspended accounts under your Reseller account by following the below procedure

1. Login to the WHM control panel

2. Under Home go to the option Account Information

3. Click List Suspended Accounts

4. It will viewing your suspended domains names ,suspension date and time and reason for suspension.Also refer the below for your reference as,

Domain : Displays the suspended domain.
User : Displays the cPanel account that owns the domain.
Owner : Displays the reseller who owns the account. This column may display root if there are no reseller accounts on the server.
Date Suspended : Displays the date and time of the account’s suspension.
Reason : Displays the reason for account suspension, if the WHM user who suspended the account entered a reason.

1. Login to the WHM
2. Home »Account Information »List Accounts
3. It will show your accounts.

How To View Parked Domains Under My Reseller Account In WHM ?

Follow the below steps to List the Parked Domains under your Reseller account :

1.Login in to your WHM by using user name and password.

2.Click the “List Parked Domains” in accounts information feature which is present in the left side of your WHM.

3.It will show all parked domains of your accounts.

How To View Subdomains Under My Reseller Account In WHM ?

Follow the below steps to List the Subdomains under your Reseller account :

1.Login in to your WHM by using user name and password.

2.Click the “List Subdomains” in accounts information feature which is present in the left side of your WHM.

3.It will show the list of subdomains in your accounts and also addon/parked domains.

How To Modify Account Suspended Page In My WHM ?

You can able to change the Account Suspended Page in your Domain via WHM by using the below procedure,

1. Login to WHM
2. Click on Modify Account Suspended Page under Account Functions
3. Click on Account Suspended tab where remove the default coding and paste your coding.
4. Click on Save.
