                          Solution :

                          If you are getting the error “Warning: Permission denied” while trying to change FTP password for the domain the following may be the reason

                          [1] You have to check whether your domain is in active status or not

                          If your domain is in suspended status then you will get an error “Warning: Permission denied” while clicking any options for your domain in plesk control panel. Kindly check and activate the domain and proceed further.

                          I am getting the error “Internal error: filemng failed: Unable to logon user “while accessing the File Manager option in plesk control panel

                          Solution :

                          If you are trying to connect ftp using wrong username and password multiple times then your ftp username will be locked in server.
