Procedure

Procedure to Change File Permission in my web site via File Manager :

Windows Reseller Web Hosting comes with Plesk Control Panel. You can able to change the permissions of the file from your Plesk Control Panel. Please find the below procedure to change the file permission.

[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.crmcell.com:8443 ]
[2] Click on subscriptions
[3] Click on Open in Control Panel.
[4] Click on website and domains
[5] Click on File Manager
[6] Click on httpdocs

Note : You cannot able change the permission for the folder httpdocs.

[7] Click on the lock icon in the right side of your file/folder/MSACCESS database.
[8] Click on Plesk IIS User in the left side under Group or user names.
[9] In right side under Permission,you can give read and write permission.
[10] Click on ok.

No Advanced permissions are required.
