Windows Reseller Hosting comes with Plesk Control Panel . You will be able to manage DNS for a particular domain name using Plesk Control Panel.

[1] Access your plesk control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443
[2] Click on subscriptions
[3] Click on subscription name and click website and domains tab
[4] Click on DNS settings.
[5] Add the new record.choose MX,A which you required and give the values.
[6] Click on ok and update the DNS.

How to restore the default dns settings for my domain

Solution :

Kindly follow the below procedure to reset the default nameserver for your domain

[1] Login to Plesk Control Panel
[2] Click Subscription
[3] Click your subscription name
[4] Choose website and domains tab
[5] Click DNS Settings
[6] Click Restore Defaults
[7] Confirm the restoration of the DNS zone
[8] Click ok

why my domain is not working after nameserver change ?

Solution :

The nameservers change will take 24 to 48 hours to reflect in all ISPs. Once you changed the name server kindly wait for some time and check your domain. You can check your domain in the proxy URL http://megaproxy.com/freesurf till the nameserver reflection.
