If you want to send a mail to group of mail id’s then you have to set forwarder for all the email id from one email id.

Follow the below procedure inorder to create email forwarder,

1. Login to your cPanel using username and password.
2. Click on Forwarders under Mail Feature
3. Click on Add Domain Forwarder
4. Then type the mail id to which the domain mails should be forwarded.
5. Click Add Domain Forwarder.
6. Like this you have to create for all the email id’s for which you want to send group mail.

I am Getting ” 451 Temporary local problem – please try later ” error while sending mail

451 Temporary local problem – please try later

Solution:

Please note that Mx record of the domain is pointing to our server so you have to choose the Email Routing as Local Mail Exchanger. But you have mentioned wrongly as Remote Mail Exchanger. Kindly follow the below procedure to change the Email Routing setting.

i)Login to your WHM
ii)Home »DNS Functions »Edit DNS Zone
iii)Choose the domain name and click on edit
iv)Choose Email Routing as Local Mail Exchanger

I am getting Sending unsolicited email error while sending Group Mails

The issue is due to sending unsolicited email to an email id DDDDDDDDDDD which is not subscribed to your mailing list. Sending mails to unsubscribed email ids, will result in your ip getting blacklisted. Also your ip reputation lowers. We advise you to check your mail database and remove emails that are not subscribed to you. Also remove the emails in the above abuse log immediately and avoid sending to them again.

I am Getting ” you have recheaed the maximun number of mail sending limit ” error while sending mail

Normally in shared hosting environment there is a limit for mails which you can able to send within an hour. you can send 500 mails per hour. But it should not send as bulk. Since if you send bulk mail it will be considered as spam and our server ip address blacklisted in spamcop. Due to this the mail from the server wont work and all other clients will be affected . In shared hosting environment its not possible to send bulk mail where other domains will gets affected.

You can only send to maximum of 5 Email IDs at a time in normal shared hosting environment. Not more than that. Also note that the mails should be genuine. We advice you not to send bulk mails via the server. Since it will be considered as spam and spam cop will nullroute our server IP. Mails will not work for the entire server and all other clients will be affected.

Please check and send mail within the limit.
