How to Login to Reseller Hosting WHM ?

For access the WHM follow the below procedure:

1. Enter the URL https://servername:2087/ or https://masterdomainname:2087/ in your web browser.

2. Enter the user name and password as we send to you in the welcome mail.

3. Click “Login” button

NOTE:

If you want to access http://yourdomain.com:2087 to access the WHM, make sure that the domain name servers are properly pointed to our server. The name server change will take 24 to 48 hours to reflect in ISPs. You can use the above URL after the nameserver reflection.

Make sure that port 2087 is allowed in your firewall.

WHM Login Page URL not Working

Error :

WHM , URL giving connection time out error. Could not connect to the server.

Solution :

Check whether the internet is working properly
Check whether your local System firewall is blocking the port 2087.
May be your IP might get blocked in the Web Hosting Server.
Clear Your Browser History and check , Check in another browser .

I can’t able to Login to my Reseller Account WHM using My Main Domain Name ?

Error :

web page not available.

Solution :

Check whether the Main Domain is pointing to the proper nameservers and A record which is provided by your Web Hosting Provider. Use the below URL to find out the nameserver pointing,

https://intodns.com/

If it is not pointing to then you can’t able to use that doamin as a URL to access Your Reseller Account WHM.

I am Getting login invalid Error while login to My Reseller Account WHM ?

Error :

The login is invalid.

Solution :

Please recheck your login details while you are loggin into WHM. If you are using the password with null space also you will get the login invalid error.

How To Access cPanel Via My WHM ?

Follow the below steps to access cPanel through your reseller account WHM:

1. Login in to your WHM by using user name and password.

2. Click the “List Accounts” in accounts information feature which is present in the left side of your WHM.

3. It will show the List of accounts you have and click the cPanel link which you want.

4. It will show the cPanel of particular domain. In top of the cPanel a list box is there,it will show all domains. By clicking of domain it will go another particular cPanel.
