How to Whitelist/Blacklist the Email id or Domain name in latest cpanel ?
Linux reseller hosting comes with free cpanel/whm. In latest cpanel, all the options has been modified. You can able to do Whitelist/Blacklist the Email id or domain name by using Spam filters option. Whitelisting of Email id will be useful to receive all the important mails without any issues from the particular domain or mail ID. Blacklisting of Email id will be useful to avoid the unnecessary mails from the particular domain or mail ID.
Kindly follow the below mentioned procedure to Whitelist/Blacklist the Email id or Domain name in the Linux Reseller Hosting Plan :
1] Login to cpanel of the particular domain name
2] Click Spam Filters under Email options
3] Enable the option Process New Emails and Mark them as Spam
4] Scroll down
4] Click Show Additional Configurations under Additional Configurations
5] To Whitelist :
a) Click Edit Spam Whitelist Settings
b) Click Add A New “Whitelist_from” Item
c) Enter the mail id or domain name which you want to white list
d) Click Update Whitelist (Whitelist_form) [Ex : *@domainname]
6] To Blacklist :
a) Click Edit Spam Blacklist Settings
b) Click Add A New “Blacklist_from” Item
c) Enter the mail id or domain name which you want to white list
d) Click Update Whitelist (Blacklist_form) [Ex : *@domainname]
Now you have successfully Whitelist/Blacklist the Email id (or) domain name in cpanel Linux Reseller Hosting Plan. Hence you can able to allow and block the mails in the server.
