How do I Access Webmail of my email ids ?

Solution :

To check whether you have entered the username and password without any mistakes . If you dono the password kindly follow the below pocedure to reset the ftp password

1] Login to your plesk control panel.
2] Click on subscriptions.
3] Click on control panel of that subscriptions.
4] Click on Mail.
5] Click on the mail id for which you want to reset the password.
6] Change the password [ Give the tough password,which consist of alphanumeric characters ].
7] Click on ok.

Solution :

Kindly check whether you have activated webmail service for your domain. Kindly follow the below steps to enable the webmail service

1] Login to your plesk control panel.
2] Click on subscriptions.
3] Click on control panel of that subscriptions.
4] Click on Mail.
5] Click Mail settings and click your domain name
6] Enable the option Activate mail service on this domain and choose your type of webmail service
7] Click ok

Solution :

[1] Check whether the name servers are pointed to our server properly.
Note : If you have changed the nameservers recently, it will take 24 to 48 hours to reflect which depends on the ISP.
[2] Check whether you are giving the domain name without any spelling mistakes
[3] Till the name server reflection you can use http://webmail.servername.com to access the mails.
