                          Procedure to enable email forwarding in Plesk Control Panel :

                          Windows Reseller Web Hosting comes with Plesk Control Panel. Using email forwarding you can  redirect mail going to one address and send it to one or several other addresses in Plesk Control Panel for an particular email id. Please follow the below procedure to enable email forwarding in Plesk Control Panel .

                          [1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.crmcell.com:8443 ]
                          [2] Click on subscriptions
                          [3] Click your subscription name
                          [4] Click on mail tab and Click on the email id which you want to enable email forwarding.
                          [5] Click on Forwarding
                          [6] Switch on mail forwarding [ KEEP THIS CHECKED ]
                          [7] Specify the email addresses to which you want to forward the emails
                          [8] Click ok

                          Email forwarding option allows to forward the emails from your email id.

                          Mail Forwarding not working :

                          Solution :

                          Mail Forwarding will forward all the incoming messages to the corresponding destination email address. If the mail forwarding is not working it my due to the below reasons

                          [1] You may be using the wrong email id to deliver the emails
                          [2] You may have not enabled the mail forwarding option for your email address in plesk control panel

                          To resolve this issue you have to check and enable the mail forwarding and make sure that you have entered the correct email address without mistakes.
