How to Generate CSR and Install SSL Certificate in Plesk Control Panel?

The SSL(Secure Sockets Layer)  is the most widely deployed security protocol used today. SSL certificates are used to create an encrypted data between the client and the server in webhosting. To get a certificate, you must create a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) on your hosting server. The CSR data file that you send to the SSL Certificate issuer (called a Certificate Authority or CA) contains the public key.  Once you receive the SSL Certificate, you install it on your hosting server.  Once you installed the SSL certificate the domain work with https.
Generate CSR :
1] Login to Plesk panel by using the URL https://servername:8443/ (or) https://serverip:8443/

2] Click On Domains under Home

3] Click the Domain name which you want to generate the CSR
4] Click SSL/TLS Certificates
5] Click Add SSL/TLS Certificate
6] Enter the below details
7] Click Request
Now you can able to get the CSR in the name Certificate name which you have given in the SSL/TLS Certificates option. Click the Certificate name , there you can able to get the CSR. Also note that you need to give that CSR to your SSL provider and ask them to issue the certificate and CA bundle and install the SSL certificate at your end.
Install the SSL in Plesk Windows Reseller Hosting:
1] Login to Plesk panel by using the URL https://servername:8443/ (or) https://domainname:8443
2] Click On Domains under Home
3] Click the Domain name which you want to install SSL
4] Click SSL/TLS certificates Under Websites & Domains
5] Click Chosen file near Certificate (*.crt) *
6] Select SSL Certificate
7] Click Upload Certificate, Now the SSL certificate will upload successfully
8] Click Hosting Settings Under Websites & Domains
9] Enable SSL/TLS support under SSL/TLS support and Select Certificate by using drop down Box
10] Click Ok
