How do I Restart My Web Service in Dedicated Server ?

Linux Dedicated Server have the option to restart the web service with one single option. This is will not be available in Reseller Hosting (or) other hosting accounts.

Restarting Web Server In Dedicated Server

To Restart Your Web Server via WHM, please follow the below procedure,

1. Login to the Dedicaed Server WHM as root user.

2. Go to the path,

Home » Restart Services

3. Here You can able to see the option “HTTP Server (Apache)” , click that option

4. It will ask “Are you sure you wish to restart this service? ” , If webserver restart required then click yes and wait until it is get over.

5. Restarting any servic via WHM will not advisable. If it via SSH then it will be much more faster and safe.

How can check the current CPU usage of each domain in my dedicated server ?

Solution :

To see the current CPU usage of the each domain , you can go to the option,

Home » Server Status » Daily Process Log

Here you can able to see all hosted domains CPU usage in % . It will show from whole server resource how much each domain is consuming.

How doI get the web server restarted time ?

Solution : 

To check the web server restarted time please go to the option

Home » Server Status » Apache Status

It will show all the information about the web server and current process of the web server. Built time and restarted time .

You can also check the server uptime in this option.
